THE SAGE & SOUL JOURNEY

After spending over a decade in healthcare administration, I traded in my high heels to focus on my true calling into the world of healing through energy and plant medicine.


During the last several years of my career, I found myself drawn more frequently towards non-traditional healing and wellness modalities. I then embarked on a journey that would take me through several years of training and discovery, including yoga teacher training, the Usui system of Reiki healing, Ayurvedic teachings, shamanic studies, thai massage training and immersion into the world of herbal alchemy, aromatherapy and essential oils. As a student of life, my journey continues each day in my pursuit to explore new realms of body and mind healing – seeking out new knowledge and training as necessary.


Through Sage & Soul I’ve been able to combine these passions to provide an authentic, holistic approach to balancing the health & well-being of individuals since 2014. It is my honor to work with you.
