Oh how true those words can be! My love affair with yoga began in 2003, as I was tasked with creating the first onsite employee yoga program for healthcare workers in Northeast Ohio. It was a much needed saving grace for me as a young, working professional, striving to find balance and purpose in life. As I worked to develop my own personal practice, I quickly knew it was a gift I would want to share with others one day.



I finally took the plunge and began my 200-hour teacher training in 2012, a journey that would take me almost 3 years (and two babies later!) to complete. Today you can find me teaching in various studios and fitness facilities on the far-east side of Cleveland, as well as in my home.

Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, prenatal, gentle, or even yoga for weight loss, I have been trained in several modalities of Hatha style yoga to help meet your well-being needs.

I am available to teach group classes, partner classes, workshops, retreats, as well as any other special occasions/events that could benefit from all that yoga has to offer. Please contact me for pricing and additional information/planning ideas.


PERSONAL INSTRUCTION

Working one on one is an invaluable tool in helping individuals to deepen their practice. Personal instruction can be used to focus on areas of your own personal interest, whether that be strength and alignment, utilizing props, or even working with an injury or other condition.
